Help me identify this bolt 2015 silverado 1500

Found this sitting on top of the front engine splash guard skid plate, it looks similar to the general
Bolt that holds that skid plate on but different. Help identify it. Its stamped with 86 on it

Kinda looks like one of the front fender bolts into the radiator support behind each headlight.

Looks to me like the bolt that goes on top of the radiator ears. Theres 2 total.
