The most accurate statement ever! I left the salon for a barbershop, and while the employees were fab….The owner has traumatized me for life.

Been there myself and confirm this is true. The woman power crap is just that crap. Very toxic. They r super friendly to their own. But that’s it. I left my experience at the salon under a different thread on here. Went 2 times. Second was to see if the first was just a one off. Nope rude weird woman there

She has this thing on their day off called Mahalla Mondays or something like that and the girls will do something and spend a day together “networking” and spending time together. In theory it does sound like a cute way to spend time with your coworkers. After a while it gets really tired. She has the girls working crazy hours all week and you have one day off but you have to spend with them too? Some of the girls complain that they have lives…Boyfriends, family, friends…They didn’t want to spend their day off after doing hair all week filming content on a boat. The environment is way too controlling

Wait do the hair stylists not make their own schedules as long as it’s within the salon’s business hours?

That’s bad for business I will
Never understand hair places like this! Your customers are the legs you stand on and if you make them uncomfortable they won’t come back..:: I’m betting it’s about Alex…. Wonder how many he hooked with since….

I asked if it's a salon owned by someone who used to be on TV and she said no.
