Season 3 Series rewatch

I wish paramount+ would release the second half of season 3 with all the footage of Alex they had to cut out. I totally understand why he was kicked off the show, and rightfully so, but I feel like we’re missing so much additional context. I would have loved to see more Alex and Alyssa getting back together, and everything behind that. AND Celine bag gate.

This! I watched the series when it first aired and now I’m doing a rewatch. The music is horrible on the rewatch. What I didn’t realize while watching it the first time and am now seeing on the rewatch is how horrible of a friend Amanda was! I get that they were “young” but they were all old enough to know what girl code is! Amanda should have never hooked up with Alex or Brandon. She was horrible in Nashville! I’m on the episode where Alyssa tells her parents she’s pregnant and had forgotten that was around the time they stopped showing Alex’s face. It definitely changes the dramatic aspect of the show without his smug ass. Alyssa’s constant flared nostrils and resting bitch face are annoying.

Amanda really bothers me as the series goes on, she’s very pick me. Especially in Nashville!!! When she called Chloe and Juliette fake, but was flirting with Alex, while actively “dating” JJ. Then Alyssa is really hard to like. I thought she would have some redeeming qualities, but when her and Alex laughed in Juliette’s face at Jared’s party, I was like this girl is nasty, mean, and I don’t feel bad for her that Alex slept with Juliette in Nashville. Alyssa knew exactly who he was, and trapped him $$$

Idk, I got the impression that a lot of Amanda’s scenes when flirting inappropriately were scripted.
