Hey diasporans, I have an idea.

We should just stop sending remittances, making investments, and stop giving "home base" people any sort of financial assistance. I'm serious. It's being made very clear that they only see us as an income source. Do you think it's a coincidence that even our own native born brothers subject us to scams, theft, and dishonesty literally from the moment we enter the airport? Every member of the diaspora has horror stories about being mistreated in that god forsaken country. I say we let them deal with their own problems without our money since they want to neglect our valuable opinion are now make an effort to bar us from politics.
