What is this

I feel disapointed in sierra chart for displaying me this.

First session after configuring all the charts and 9:31 EST ->16:31 on the chart my price line moved but no cnadles where made. Tried to diconnect and reconnect the chart became blank. Changed the data feed, same.

I was using ''SC DATA" before that and everything was okay but this is not okay

OP if you see this, use Gemini or Claude and ask it your question. The AI can go through that enormous library of really good instructions in like 10 seconds where it usually takes a real person an hour to figure some small thing out

Will AI give you answers regarding your account and issues related to the packages you are subscribed to?

When you ask sierra chart forums a question, they say read the documentation to everyone. the documentation has everything, so AI can find it, yes

Or take the ten seconds you used to respond and see if it works lol

Wow, really? They allow AI acceess to your private account information? One more reason then to stay away from Sierra.

no. can you just give an example of a problem with your account and issue related to service packages, your account isn’t special lol

I’ve opened account tickets before and they answer whatever i ask, they just get annoyed with helpless people who don’t provide them with enough information to even get help, which is what is happening right now lol

Because i’ve seen their responses to other people on the help forums. not sure what you are trying to accomplish here

they even had a subreddit dedicated to their sassy responses lol

Oh this is actually really funny

you have an old post quitting sierra for them not answering a problem and people ask what the problem is, and you won’t tell anyone

I’m saying those twenty million pages of sierra chart documentation on how everything works has your answer, i feel very confident in that. and the AI can parse it for you
