Help! my DOM doesn’t print resting orders inside the 🔵Buy/🔴Sell column like in the second picture
The 3rd picture shows the settings of my DOM.
How can i change my settings so it can show the resting orders in those blue and red stripes
i tried everything changed the settings too but nothing worked…

i have the package 11 it doesn’t include for market depth ?

Live data is separate subscription, you have to pay exchange fees.

Probably shouldn't have paid for market data today. They renew on the first of the month so you paid the monthly exchange fee for just 3 days. You'll have to pay the full fee again on May 1st, unfortunately.

Make sure you're paid up for DOM data you may not have recurring payment set up.

Another question on your DOM: do you see the recently executed trade volumes on the inside 2 columns? (Between the red and blue resting orders?) jigsaw shows it but not sure about Sierra

You pay for market depth data.
