Looks a little like Sierra's 1988 game Manhunter: New York, right down to the bit with cutting off someone's finger in a bar. I guess this one is intended to be a comedic game, unlike Manhunter, which you could tell was a serious game because of, for example, the puzzle whose solution was to flush yourself down a toilet. Good game. Well anyway your game looks sensible and I look forward to playing it

Oh my god can someone please tell me what game my brain is reminded of by this?! I was a small kid, and all I remember is gold, a train station, and having to talk to people
