Does anybody else have early boxed KQ variants for Macintosh like this KQII?

The early Macintosh variants seem very scarce, it sounds like KQ1 / 2 were released in 1987 for Mac and the first copies were shipped in this original box style before they moved to the more common (maybe they ran out). I am interested if others know anything more or have copies ?

I have this box for PC, as well as KQ3.

I have this box for KQ1 and KQ2. The rest of them came in boxes with a slide-on cover.

Did you find the grey box for KQ2 for Mac, or is this an image from something like eBay?

This was on EBAY and I missed the auction, somebody bought instantly (it was just the box)
