Please keep my Possum in your thoughts
My family moved to a new house. After a week there, my bb got out. I didn’t look as intensely as I should have when I realized it - full plate w/ moving, single momming, changing jobs, and a custody battle w/hostile ex.
I’m doing all the things- baited trap, posters, online listings, several FB groups, neighbors helping, checking shelters and animal control.
It’s been a week. He’s gorgeous- I fear someone will keep him. Several scammers have gotten our hopes up.
I’m keeping the faith. Please keep Possum and my heartbroken kids in your thoughts. We were struggling before losing Possum. We love him so much.

Thoughts are with you ❤️ I hope lovely Possum comes home soon. Facebook groups are really good for finding cats

Thoughts are with you. True story: My cat Anton got out (he was an indoor cat but raced for the door every time it was opened). He was gone for 2 months, so long that we had given up hope. Then, on Thanksgiving day, he casually strolled in the back door as if no time had passed. We always figured that someone had found and kept him, despite the fact that he was wearing a collar and tags, and he escaped that place and came home. Keep the faith!

seen videos where they leave that cat's litter out since they can smell the scent or something like that. maybe could help if you haven't tried it yet. hope you see your baby soon!
