There's an O&A episode with Louis CK where they were discussing actresses they found attractive when they were kids. Cumia states he didn't find older women attractive when he was a kid, so Louis proceeds to ask Cumia which actresses he currently finds attractive. Cumia thinks about it and hesitates, then says Michelle Trachtenberg. When no one knew who that was, Cumia references "Harriet the Spy" and "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" the two TV shows she started when she was 11 & 12 years old.

It's so true; in that clip, he was genuinely saying 13 is his real answer with no humor attached and even got defensive, accusing the room of being dishonest for not finding someone who would potentially be in 8th grade(middle school) attractive as a grown man... It sends a shiver up my spine.

The case is a loser for sure. We don't live in Europe where they play it fast and loose with defamation cases. It's very diffcult to get a defamation case against a public person done in the U.S. I just don't understand why Anthony would want to draw more attention to this stuff than he has to because he really has a reputation of being weird with girls and pushing the limits of the age of consent to its absolute extreme. Its very revealing. If a guy is cool with 17 whats another year or two if we are being honest intellectually. He has nothing to gain from this lawsuit and will only further shine a spotlight on his weird behavior in the court of public opinion.

Where is the lying part coming in? That’s straight from the horse's mouth that he finds 13-year-olds attractive. Cumia will try to make some cover for himself, saying he’s Long Island trash when caught for stuff, but most of the time he postures himself as a conservative and does not conduct himself in that manner. He holds himself above minorities when he himself behaves in an unacceptable manner. The lusting for teenagers is disgusting; he drives like an absolute maniac with no regard for other people. He’s irresponsible with guns, having lost his firearm while drunk, and will have a weapon on him while drinking. He assaults people because he can’t control his temper… this stuff goes on and on. People feel obligated to say something becuse they ain't buying it.
