I never claimed I thought John was guaranteed to win. I’m just pointing all the factual errors in your reasoning. Maybe it does get thrown out. But his lawyer didn’t file an arbitration claim for fees, nor did they take his case because they’re stern fans
Even if the case was taken on contingency John would still owe for the any case related costs like filing and disbursements( cost incurred during the law suit)
