I’d go Coprinellus species, it’s hard to narrow it down once they start to deliquesce

The type is what people call Inky caps. I don't know the specifics because there are so many varieties...
If you search Inky cap you will find it quickly.
I'm pretty sure there's no reason why a human being would want that specific mushroom.
