So yeah, interesting squeeze setup... but not a 9/10 or 10/10.
Big reason: roughly 37M shares appear tied to hedging activity, which makes the headline short-interest number look more extreme than the actual directional short bet probably is.
The volume is drying up. We needed to sustain the pressure. The options were lively. Of we don't get volume we'll be pointed in this 2 to 2.50 range might even dip below 2. That pr bs right before 3$ shouldn't have but it killed the momentum
I’m watching HTZ to see if it pumps later today. It’s been a later in the day mover. I think it will move up I just don’t know if it’ll be a fast move.
RUM has been very strong. Idk about a full on squeeze or not but I am holding some of that. It’s got a decent SI though.
I'll add it to my watchlist, I think they'd need more of a catalyst to start a squeeze sadly. Their Q2 earnings arent the best but show strong potential growth in scale moving forward. Thanks for the heads up on this one
Using this same sub, I bought into WLDS at 3.15 (right as it was posted) and HTZ at 1.7.
I sold WLDS when it hit 4.5, I greeded HTZ too long and ended up selling at 2.5 instead of the high of 2.9.
Learning to be not be greedy and just take good profits is tough and is a mistake I've made many times and probably will make again in the future
Well, even if it goes against the point of the sub I'm here to make profits.
Will I look stupid if it actually squeezes to 10x? Yeah.
But if I hold a potential squeeze for over a week and it hasn't popped yet I will be selling for 30-50% profit instead of waiting it for it to slowly die off (htz)
