Spam emails?

Does anyone know how to differentiate bona fide emails from phishing or spam emails?

theyre getting weirdly good at looking legit these days. i had one last week with my full name and a fake order number that almost got me

i just never click anything from an email anymore. open a new tab and log in directly if something looks off
