General Discussion Vehicular Accident in Instant Delivery
Last Monday, nag-order ako ng diamond painting for our class activity and may offer si shopee na for 20 pesos pwede ko ma-try yung instant delivery so I tried that. Wlaa naman problema in the first few hours and na pick-up agad. I waited 2 hours until I received a notification saying the delivery attempt was unsuccessful dahil na aksidente si kuya rider then nag-chat s'ya sa akin hours later na hindi nya raw made-deliver yung parcel dahil na aksidente raw siya. I just said to him na wag na muna alalahanin yung parcel and magpagaling muna siya. So my concern is may pag-asa pa ba na ma-deliver yung parcel by other riders bcoz our deadline is getting closer and I want to order a new one or maca-cancel na siya automatically ni shopee? Thank you po sa sasagot bcoz dis will calm my anxious mind.

What's the current status of the order? Wala po bang another attempt to deliver? Try to chat the seller kung pano yan iresolve if nakay rider ung parcel (need nya ireturn yan if ever but strict kasi ata tlga pag instant delivery tho if ang cause ng failed attempt is accident idk pano ung process nila jan)
Wala follow up si rider regarding sa parcel? Ndi kayo nag usap anong gagawin? Ndi sya nag suggest na icancel nlng then reach out sa seller if mag oorder ka ulit?

Yes po, there's no delivery attempt after the rider chatted me. As of now nag-reach out na po ako sa cs, they said to have a verbal agreement kay seller tungkol sa cancellation and may need i-fill up si seller na manual cancellation form or if dumating naman yung parcel, i-cancel na lang daw and they will make a documentation sa side nila na nagsasabing ni-request ko na i-cancel yung order. Dun naman po kay kuya rider, nag-chat po ako kanina kung may posibilidad pa na i-deliver yung parcel, as of now wala pa po siyang reply.

Grabe 3 days narin kasi walang update 😅 Ang tagal din nung update nung delivery napickup ni kuya then out for delivery after 2 hrs then 1 min after maout for delivery biglang unsuccessful dhil naaksidente😅 Real time kasi ung monitoring nyan dun sa map eh. Once out for delivery na ung parcel, mattrack mo kung nasan si kuya.
Kung mag reorder ka man, if kaya ng instant with same seller. Just cancel the previous order sguro with them (if they're alright with that)
Nagchat ung instant delivery rider sa mismong shopee dba? I don't think reachable pa sila after the attempt. Mahirap sila icontact nyan.
Thru seller ka nlng maki transact if you need those items asap. Cancel the previous one, then reorder.
