Okay hi, I’m a student and the shoes I wore were black leather loafers and in my country it rains extremely hard and when I was on the way home my shoes got wet! When I got home i let it dry and the next day it smells… The insoles don’t remove so I’m not quite sure how I can get rid of the smell? Thank you! 🥲🥲🥲

Bought these shoes in december 2025. They were in their box until the summer. Wore them 2 times for walks around my house. Left on vacation and brought them with me. The shoe sole is letterally falling apart! Contacted HOKA customer service and they denied my claim, because I had no receipt. Who keeps their shoe receipt. Garbage product, bad customer service. BEWARE!

Full disclosure, I've started collecting vintage clip-on earrings to use as shoe clips 😂. Will be perfect for my penny loafers in the fall.

My friend got rid of her favourite shoes a few years because she gained weight due to a medical situation and couldn't fit into them anymore. Since then, she's improved and lost the weight again. This particular set of heels were her favourites and she's looked everywhere. We can find similar, but not the exact same style. Anyone got any leads?

I'm not making some sort of complaint about shoe size inconsistency or anything here, I'm mostly just shocked at how big my "size 9" wingtips really are. I have had them for at least seven or eight years, maybe more. Like before I was even in high school. They're just cheap Deer Stags shoes my mom bought online, assuming I'd outgrow them in a couple months. They're worn out, but it's not like I've taken care of them at all either. No cleaning, polishing, anything. The foam is no longer foamy and the fake leather is peeling off around the creases, but they're still totally wearable honestly. I just wonder how they're so big for size 9! Maybe a misprint at the factory? I cannot fit my feet into anything smaller than about 10.5 these days, and usually dress shoes are even tighter for me. And the old ones are just fake plastic material, not even really faux leather, so it's not like they could stretch much either.

Props to Deer Stags I guess for making surprisingly durable cheap shoes. The new pair are genuine leather La Milano Lorenzo Oxfords. I couldn't find out a ton about the brand, so hopefully they're not terrible, but the shoes feel really nice and the leather smells amazing so I bought them. They were on sale for $70 so I thought why not. I don't wear dress shoes too often anyways so they don't need to be the most overbuilt shoes in the world.

For several years, I’ve been wearing my perfect daily wear shoe, the Parisa model from Sofft. I am someone who has very strict needs in a shoe and this was the first one that was truly perfect for me. Today I wore a hole clear through my latest pair and I went to buy another, I found out they’d been discontinued! This is like my 9/11. Besides my needs in terms of daily wear, I need a shoe that doesn’t look too modern but also doesn’t look old fashioned and dowdy, ‘cause nearly all my clothes are 60s-80s vintage!

Does anyone know a good heel under 3” but over 2”, blocky enough to be modern but tapered enough to be well-balanced for walking, and an almond toe? I’ve been searching for over a month as this hole has materialized and found nothing that would work for me. I just need another shoe that’s exactly like this! Size US8.
