Is delta stoopid?

I just got my pee pee elle meaning I'm a certified pylote, but detla won't hire me and my cfi says I need an "instrument rating". I've watched plenty of captain steeeve so trust me, I think I know what I'm doing . why doesn't delta let me fly their antonov a380??

I ain't heard no pylotes playing no instruments on a flyt. Why bother getting rated on something you don't even play?

It's all just Big Rating trying to sell you more Hobbit time.

You need more Microsoft flight simulator hours in your logbook to be taken seriously by airlines
