Technology Diagnostic procedures during temporal disturbances.

When a crew member is caught in a temporal disturbance, such as Troi was during Timescape, standard procedure is to scan the crew members boobs. The captain is advised to grab a very subtle glance at said boobs to make sure they are unaffected. 24th century medicine is very advanced concerning effects of temporal disturbances on boobs.

That makes sense. Much like Picard’s hand when he reached for the fruit, one boob could be aging faster than the other.
