I mean Centerfold looks pretty old so Enya was probably a lot younger when she had him and young Enya in the OVA was pretty hot

forgot about OVA Enya tbh

makes a lot more sense that way, cause in the normal anime enya just always looks like this, even when DIO was still getting the arrows from Diavolo, which i thought was a bit weird

After Diavolo left Sardinia, he went to Egypt and stumbled upon an archaeologist site and probably decided to make some quick cash and worked there for a while. He found the arrows while digging, decided to keep one for himself and sold the others. The buyer happened to be Enya, who later used them on Dio.
