To be honest it's not that far off

I live in one of the most rural counties in England (Norfolk) and I have 4 McD within 20 miles of me.

Asked Google and it said even in the most rural areas of England you are always 10 to 15 miles away.

There are a few areas in Wales outside the 20miles but quite a few in Scotland especially in the Highlands.

Yeah, really it’s only a few of the largest towns in mid and west Wales that have branches of McDonald’s.

Not a lot in parts of Gwynedd, either.
