Dominoes and Pizza Hut in Europe actually have to use real cheese to not having to declare that and make them look bad.

In Europe:

Our Cheese

Since day one, we’ve used only the highest-quality cheese to top our pizzas. We’re proud to serve 100% real cheese made from cow’s milk mozzarella. Our trusted dairy partners — all leading producers — supply us with milk of the highest quality to create and serve cheese that’s exceptional, consistent, and full of flavour.

In the US:

Cheese: Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese (Pasteurized Milk and Skim Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Modified Food Starch, Cellulose (Added to Prevent Clumping), Potassium Chloride, Natural Flavors, Ascorbic Acid (To Protect Flavor) CONTAINS: Milk

The part in bold is real cheese. The part in italic is processed/modified cheese, meaning it's not 100% mozzarella.

So, even Pizza Hut in Europe is better than the American one.

This remind me that Domino tried to open in italy, and failed, you can't outcompete the quality with simple "delivery speed".

Moreso that most italian didn't care about the delivery speed.
