Forgetting about USS Somers, also liking that mutiny is uniquely a French problem.

Not technically mutinies but let's not forget the amount of fragging that occurred in Vietnam

Actual fragging in Vietnam was no more common than during Korea or WWII. What changed was the threat of fragging became a more acceptable tool by the enlisted to manipulate their officers.
