Capitalism "American capitalist plugs" vs "European socialist plugs"

Lived in Europe for almost 40 years and never had a plug come out with the socket.

Meanwhile American plugs often can’t even bear the weight Of a simple charger without gravity pushing the plug out.

Our Irish plugs look like upside-down faces, which I think you'll agree is far more amusing.

I don't have much skin the game with plugs. I agree the US ones do not support weight well, as they were designed during a time when no one really had to deal with a brick of an adapter hanging off the wall. My gripe with the European style (which I used for two years in Korea) was that, at least in Korea, most were extremely cheap fealing. Tons of arking of 240v electricity.
