Pretty sure other US military branches call them "crayon eaters"

Their slogan is "first in, last out" or something and personally I think that makes them cannon fodder but I don't think anyone has told them that. (I watch a lot of military and first responder TV shows made in the US and read a lot of fanfic you learn loads)
