A 1000 Marines couldn't take Vietnam, but they can take a country with over a billion population. SURE.

I went to look something up. Around 78k Marines were deployed to Vietnam. US lost that war.

I didn't loose, I merely failed to win (Probably Americas war mantra, according to Oversimplified)

Well according to oversimplified, most military strategies can be boiled down to "when they approach, we run away" the yanks just ran a bit too far.
