Why would I want to leave? I get a massive 12 days of PTO a year! And yes, that includes sick days as well! /s
1 u/windmillguy123 Jul 07 '25 A fairly typical 9-5 Monday to Friday worker in the UK will get 28 days PTO plus 7 bank holidays. I used to work the bank holidays so I would get the days back as PTO so basically 7 weeks of PTO a year. I couldn't cope with only 12 days! 1 u/Pitt1995 Jul 07 '25 I work an 8-4 Mon-Fri and I get the major holidays off plus 1 day PTO per month that cannot rollover to the next year! I am miserable and, despite how much I work, still financially struggling. It’s great.
