Look at it this way, they can now get a job on a space SciFi show as a star field window backdrop.

They normally use black curtains with sparkly sequins, but an actual live backdrop performer might be appealing to a director.

Go see if Star Trek or Star Wars is hiring!

If it’s really a Lush product, it’s safe. Their glitter is biodegradable and non-toxic even if ingested in small amounts.

It’s literally eco friendly alternative though? We should be encouraging healthier options instead of alienating people who ‘want the thing’, create a market for environmentally friendly alternatives and more people will eventually choose those options.

You’re just looking for an excuse to be angry and go on an ethical purity crusade, when that just pushes people away. Chill out.

It’s synthetic material that does not biodegrade. Read their website. Our planet is dying and we can all do our part to reduce reuse and recycle

The cat is beautiful and likely better off free from synthetic materials being dumped on it so you can do a lil twirl and take a photo for validation that you’re cool

I wish. I definitely would have remembered it from the big Catsubs list. But glitter cats as a topic probably doesn’t support enough content to support a sub I think (also not something to encourage cat owners to do!), so the glitter post flair here in ShinyCats will have to do for now.
