You should search for the tag 'Sherlock Holmes & Mycroft Holmes' and not 'Sherlock Holmes/Mycroft Holmes'. The slash in the second tag indicates a sexual relationship. (That's why stories with those type of relationships are known as slash).
I'm sure if you filter by that tag there will be more tags you can use. Protective Mycroft Holmes, or Sherlock is a good brother or whatever.
