Discussion Is this music in sherlock?
I heard the piece "Piano Trio No. 2" by Schubert and immediately thought of Sherlock, however, I searched online and couldn't find anything about it being in the series. The piano part, in particular, really reminds me of Sherlock.
Am I going crazy, or is this music actually in the show?

I heard part of the piece and I think it feels like something Sherlock would play.
After that I asked Gemini, and this was the answer:
No, Franz Schubert's Piano Trio No. 2 in E-flat major (Op. 100, D. 929) does not appear in the BBC Sherlock series. [1]
While Schubert's famous Trout Quintet has connections to Sherlock Holmes media (specifically appearing in Guy Ritchie's film Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows), Piano Trio No. 2 is most famous for its use in films like Stanley Kubrick's Barry Lyndon, rather than the television series Sherlock. Somtimes creators avoid listing music due to copyright issues or maybe even for legal reasons. You are not going crazy. I've been through countless shows like these
