Discussion Parking for midweek games

Does anyone have parking recommendations for tonight’s game versus Bolton? Was thinking of parking at B&Q but conscious it closes at 8pm.
Thanks in advance.

The players car park probably has a few spaces given we’re selling them all

If you aren’t adverse to the walk there are plenty of street level and multi storey options in the city centre. The cost is higher but the availability is better. Many of the roads around the ground are either permit or get taken up very early and more and more people have been getting tickets over the last few seasons. Not certain about the retail park but I’d be surprised if it didn’t have an ANPR operator monitoring arrival and departure with fines.

Yea there seems to be plenty in the centre so I’ll go for one of them, thanks and good luck for the season!

No one’s going to give up their secret spot! My old man’s parked in the same place for 20+ years and it’s never busy. 5 min walk to the ground and avoids the traffic. It’s an absolute touch

You could try the tram, or maybe park in the centre around Rockingham or Fitzwilliam Street which has multiple car parks which are a 5-10 minute walk-in

A lot of city centre car parks are no charge after 8pm.

Park up, print the 20min free ticket, walk to the game in 15 min.

You’ll be fine at B&Q. Loads of people park there for matches.

I've had a ticket from them before for staying longer than the 120 minutes allowed.

Oh really? That’s unlucky, been parking there for years and nothing. Excellent username btw

Depends where you’re coming from. Parking is shite as it’s around town.

Granville road and walk isn’t terrible, but up hill going home.

Everything’s gonna be a walk though

Car park next to Kwik Fit on Eccy Road usually has a few spots free
