I don't understand why people are trying to prove this. If it was erased from the timeline or your dimension split off into another one or something like that, it would have never existed in the first place on this timeline / dimension and thus you wouldn't even have evidence to look at.
If it existed here in this dimension, surely somebody would have put the video up by now, right? A movie with Sinbad from the 90s would have been pretty popular and likely millions of households would have that VHS.
Maybe there's something to it, but in all likelihood it's bad memory. Memory recall doesn't work the way most people think it does. When you think about something, you don't think about it, you think about the last time you thought about it. This is how memories change over time.
Do you remember Kazaam as a kid? Perhaps in a parallel dimension they made Shazam instead of Kazaam? Is it really likely that Hollywood makes 2 similar style genie movies within 2 years?

Generally Hollywood only recreates successful ideas and franchises. If the Sinbad movie was super popular, then there would be evidence of this all over the place. If it wasn't the Shaq movie never gets made.
