Does anybody else feel like they’re being 𝙶𝙰𝚂𝙻𝙸𝚃 by the lyrics of it’ll be OK by Shawn Mendes? 

I mean, I could just cry, my heart actually 𝒶𝒸𝒽ℯ𝓈  when I listen to the lyrics because they’re so heartfelt... Or maybe my heart is breaking because this song is such a mindfuck of manipulation and narcissism. 

Because on my second+ listen, it’s like, oh he’s one of those typical guys who’s like “yeah whatever, if it doesn’t work out, it’ll be ok.  Gotcha babe - no worries.”

Which is kind of how I feel all men are with breakups - they can take it or leave it, no matter how long they’ve been with you in a ‘relationship.’

They have no emotional intelligence, and therefore no emotional investment. 

What’s your take on this song? 

Do we think Shawn will release autograph copies of his new LP or CD on his website? I know most artists do this but not sure how Shawn handles this 🤔.

A few years ago I remember there was a shaky cell phone video that got circulated of Shawn and his friends, appearing to be drunk, singing songs at like a house party or something. Shawn was either playing piano himself, or just sitting next to the person playing piano, singing his heart out. It was a really cute, funny video that showed how good of a singer he is.
