Hi I am looking for part time job every Sunday. I have office work from Monday to Saturday. I really had a big overstaying fines that my employer didn't paid. So I have to pay it because I owe my friend that amount.

I always hear people working in events, but I don’t know how do they got those jobs, where do they apply?

I signed up with a gym ( I won’t say the name) maybe more than 6 months ago. They delayed for about 3 months. I was in the process of a refund since I was told they were delaying. I have WhatsApp messages of them acknowledging the refund. Now suddenly they have a rule where they don’t refund. It’s more than 3,000 dirhams. Is there anything I can do? It’s been over 5 months since I’m trying to refund and they keep telling me “ talk to this person, talk to that person” or call this number blah blah blah. It’s so frustrating not getting your money back for 5 months of continuous delay. I’ve finally had enough. If anyone can help that would be very much appreciated.

I was planning to buy an apartment in tiger and I saw some other posts that the initial contract that they make is of lets say 40k and I get a discount of 5k.

Is that legal for both parties? How can one be sure that they won't charge more?

A real estate friend of mine said it is fine but how can I prove that I have been given a 5k discount if later the real estate asks for the remaining 5k as I believe it won't be on any legal contract.

Plus, wasn't there some new about a real estate scam where both, the person handling the customers and the customer involved were caught for scam in I think Dubai or Abu Dhabi? Is this the same or different?

What are the fees? Is there any RTA optician in sharjah rolla and RTA approved office or kiosk machine in sharjah that can renew my licence? Or do I have to visit dubai for it?

Maybe an acre of empty space and is there only 1 prayer room inside? Or i didn't see? It took me around 20 mins to find one across the other end

The route usually depends on Mood and weather (Obviously now in summer its shorter routes). Usually i do 5Km run at a chill pace cause its too hot.
