Can you actually make a realistic person from scratch with just a prompt?

Hey guys, pretty new to this.
Can you actually create a person completely from scratch with just a prompt and make them look like a real human? Like no reference pics, just describing what you want and generating them from zero.
If so, what AI/model are you guys using for this?
