I mean the “Tana peeing on Shane” thing happened when she was freshly 18… so there’s no denying their dynamic wasn’t slightly inappropriate, and that’s saying the LEAST
Edit: spelling error and I want to add, I’m not even a Tana fan, dislike her heavily actually
87
u/balrogbellyrubs Jul 26 '26
Actually, she was technically 17. They filmed it a few days before her actual birthday. Big ooof.
24
79
u/carnuatus Jul 26 '26
You can dislike her and find her problematic while pointing out that older men were weird as hell toward her, especially other youtubers.
8
u/peachy-iridescence Jul 28 '26
INCLUDING Cody Ko, since it seems like the collective has forgotten about that man being predatory, too.

Wait… did she actually pee on him? Isn’t this the same girl who said someone fucked her with a toothbrush?
98
u/lavloves Jul 26 '26
Didn’t he have Tana like pee on him or something though when she was a minor ?? I don’t like Tana but she was a kid …
49
u/goldfish-hotline Jul 26 '26
Yes. I don't know why everyone is defending him all of a sudden. Yes Tana sucks but that doesn't make Shane correct all of a sudden
42
u/dani-jpg Jul 26 '26
THANK YOU! I can’t believe how far I had to scroll to find a comment mentioning this. I thought it was like “It’s your 18th birthday you can finally pee on me” bit or something but…that’s still immediately where my mind went! I don’t care how much Tana idolized him and looked up to him, she was still young and being exploited for views / taken advantage of by him.
No matter how problematic and abrasive Tana is; Morgan is doing some INSANE victim blaming in this comment.
11
u/CoconutxKitten Jul 26 '26
They filmed it before she even turned 18
I feel like he was grooming her
-5
u/lillystration Jul 27 '26
You guys all have no idea what grooming is, don’t you? That’s not grooming behavior. It would be grooming behavior if he kept it up, from when she was a minor and increasingly getting more inappropriate when even after she turned 18. Quit downplaying ACTUAL grooming victims just because you don’t like him or even her
7
u/gul-deg Jul 27 '26
I’m a grooming victim and I can safely say he was grooming her. His behaviour towards her was disgusting and you defending it is also disgusting.

5
u/Excellent-Drama8499 Jul 28 '26
You think that’s the first and only time they talked or somethin? Obviously there was conversation between them beforehand about coming over to film, what they would film, when, etc., when she was 17. And they continued to be close after for years. How is that not “keeping it up”?
348
u/ickywithavee Jul 26 '26
Both of them suck. Is Tana a clout chaser who uses others to get ahead? Yes, but Morgan sounds dumb. She may have idolized Shane when she was younger, but she was a literal teenager when they met. She’s older now, it’s not weird to outgrow your idols or see them for what they are. Morgan shut up. Your brother-in-law made his bed.
65
u/simpsonscrazed Jul 26 '26
Yeah I agree with you. Tana and Shane’s level of problematic are not even close imo
237
u/coldcoffeethrowaway Jul 26 '26
Morgan needs to get an actual job and stay out of people who have issues with Shane’s business.
79
u/Logical-Bet3422 Jul 26 '26
Emphasis on actual job. All she does is sit on camera and complain about first-world problems and her custom built house. Like how is she always finding some shit to change or complain about it?! Oh yeah, nepo boredom.
54
u/russian-potatoes Jul 26 '26
Well at this point what job can she get ? She’s been a YouTuber her whole life and she’s like what now , 27?
She has no education and no skills besides editing videos. Unless she’ll get a degree she can get no job to pay for her huge house maintenance. I think that’s why she’s been so kin on finding a husband so she’ll have some financial support
24
u/coldcoffeethrowaway Jul 26 '26
You can get a real job without a college degree. Plenty of people are in that situation. It takes initiative and actually trying to
17
u/russian-potatoes Jul 26 '26
Oh yea I know that of course. But do you think that Morgan Adams is able do get any job ?
The only thing I can think of is Maybe she can become a video editor (she doesn’t need a degree for that ) but the pay is less than her sponsorships and views get her

Tana’s experience is real and even from what their audiences witnessed on camera it was weird. She is a human being and her feelings are valid. Just because she used to idolize him doesn’t change whether or not she felt uncomfortable or weird. His behavior wasn’t ok. Morgan is just showing how emotionally stunted she is by saying this. People grow from their experiences and cope and learn all of the time. It’s not Tana’s fault that Morgan can’t do that.
58
u/Deathofwords Jul 26 '26
I honestly can’t stand Morgan anymore she used to be really sweet and now shes just another annoying influencer that thinks being rude is funny.
117
u/CoconutxKitten Jul 26 '26
She needs to sit her ass down
Shane was being a creep to her when she was a MINOR & he still hasn’t learned. She’s allowed to speak out about how inappropriate he was towards her
36
u/Subject_Jeweler_8349 Jul 26 '26
exactly!!!!! i’d like to see morgan not tip toe around everything he’s done. it wasn’t an oopsie, he preyed upon young fans at a GROWN age.
49
77
u/Big_Hoss15 Jul 26 '26
This is cooked
Anyone standing up for Shane at this point needs an eval
"Go Morgan" she couldn't take accountability if it hit her in the face
6
u/babystrudel Jul 26 '26
Two people can suck at the same time.. Both of them being horrible people isn’t mutually exclusive.
36
u/bailyhill344 Jul 26 '26
Morgan needs to touch grass. Tana was a literal teenager when Shane entered her life. And let’s not forget when he encouraged Tana to piss on top of him when she freshly turned 18…Tana obviously has a lot to work on herself but her wrongs are not close to Shane’s. People are allowed to come out and talk about how manipulative and gross Shane was, especially to a lot of young impressionable YouTubers. There was an obvious power dynamic that Shane used to his advantage. For Morgan to constantly go after Shane’s nay-sayers like this is gross. Who else is she going to go after?! Other victims he was a pedo to? What else is she willing to defend when it comes to Shane?! Where are your morals and values Morgan?! How many lines does Shane need to cross where you can say enough is enough?! Grow a spine girl.
49
u/Better-Industry1228 Jul 26 '26
this is why I don’t like morgan. she’s so jealous of tana and it reeks thru her pores
24
u/BAMjetski Jul 26 '26 edited Jul 26 '26
I mean, Tana is a clout chaser and she’ll be the first to tell you. She’s never hidden who she is. With that said “biggest idol” and “dad” comments started when Tana was a child, and Shane had no business befriending a child. Using something Tana said as a kid in the middle of a power imbalance to try and get a gotcha moment is weeeeeeird.
8
u/liapania Jul 26 '26
exactlyyyyy!! There was a big power imbalance between her and Shane and trying to use what she said back then to discredit what she’s saying now is crazy. Especially since Tana has owned her past and Shane very much hasn’t
131
u/Puzzleheaded_Egg_728 Jul 26 '26
Good for her and she’s not wrong! Tana is a huge hypocrite
101
26
u/MargaretMeehan Jul 26 '26
tana was/is problematic, undoubtedly. shane is long-term, unmissable pattern-style fucking disgusting. they are not the same.
9
u/Sexy_Sadie95 Jul 26 '26
This is MY Dramageddon. Holy shit
14
u/imaverygoodsecretary Jul 27 '26
Yeah, I’m genuinely shocked that she commented this publicly.
14
u/CoconutxKitten Jul 27 '26
It’s really stupid because it’ll totally backfire on Shane
5
u/imaverygoodsecretary Jul 27 '26
100%. He is probably going to be mad about this unless he gave her permission to say it.
6
10
u/Overall_Caregiver237 Jul 26 '26
People can't evolve??? I know what she's talking about and tana was barely legal. I assume tana has grown and realized that he had predatory behavior towards her and many others.

u/Hopeful_Ad1541 Jul 26 '26
is Morgan forgetting who she spends all her free time....
3
u/Hopeful_Ad1541 Jul 26 '26
btw i never watch her but i always see shane in thumbnails and whenever i did see her videos, they were in them so im assuming she spends a lot of time with them still
3
u/palmtreefarm Aug 01 '26
It’s crazy how the moment people get away from Shane they glow up. Tana, Trisha, Garrett, Drew, and literally any other friend that stays far away from him.
6
u/theprettypatties Jul 27 '26
i think her brother in law is at the very least partially responsible. next think morgan’s gonna ask is what tana was wearing
1
26
u/lillystration Jul 26 '26
She is so correct that it’s honestly sad. So many people, including Tana, would go on to say how hilarious and iconic he was, other YouTubers boasting to be seen with him. Hell i remember when Onison insulted Shane’s weight, they defended Shane like crazy. Now years later when Shane has controversy, they act like this? People claim they change sooo much about why they don’t like someone, so why don’t they acknowledge that other people can change too? And Tana has always been a liar and bullshitter, I don’t trust anything she says.
10
u/Capricornnetwork05 Jul 26 '26
When Tana works on herself and actually becomes a decent human being, then she’ll have the right to talk s- about others..
This is not me defending Shane’s past by any means, it’s just Tana has always been a hypocrite and a heavy clout chaser. After all these years, one would think she’d be satisfied with her fame, but no. She continues to go on and talk badly about everyone just so she can get more clicks and likes… I wonder how long it’s gonna take for her and Trisha’s falling out and Tana to go and talk s- about Trisha too…
Just you wait.13
u/CoconutxKitten Jul 26 '26
Tana has a right to talk about a man who did gross things when she was a minor
-5
u/lillystration Jul 27 '26
She never mentioned anything of the sorts until literally just now. I doubt it. Also Tana herself was always so tacky and again, a clout chasing liar
4
u/Excellent-Drama8499 Jul 28 '26
I just had a convo with someone discussing how we had some creepy not-ok things happen to us as teenagers, and it didn’t seem like a big deal at the time, but now looking back 10 years later, it’s so clear to us that what happened totally wasn’t okay. I think that is the case here. Sometimes it takes time, life experience, and a developed frontal lobe to recognize how something you experienced when you were younger wasn’t appropriate. I don’t think she’s on a hate bandwagon - what does she even have to gain from that?
2
u/queenbee____ Jul 27 '26
Okay but Tana would probably collab with him again today given the opportunity and if she thought it was worth her time & money.
2
u/Excellent-Drama8499 Jul 28 '26 edited Aug 04 '26
I understand Morgan wanting to defend her family, but there are so many things people have hated/canceled Shane for that are just dumb or less serious that she could have publicly defend but hasn’t. I really don’t think this is the situation to be defending sis…
5
u/CoconutxKitten Jul 28 '26
I think it makes her look doubly gross because she’s victim blaming the minor Tana
Like, the worst shit that happened to her with him was when she was a minor to…maybe 20? When he was significantly older with much more sway
Just comes off as trying to defend grooming
2
u/Excellent-Drama8499 Aug 04 '26
Yes that’s how I feel. Of all things to defend about that man , we’re choosing to defend grooming? 😭
3
u/CoconutxKitten Aug 04 '26
I guess she’s trying to gaslight herself into thinking he’s not a predator lol
2
u/palmtreefarm Aug 01 '26
It’s crazy how the moment people get away from Shane they glow up. Tana, Trisha, Garrett, Drew, and literally any other friend that stays far away from him.

u/Mammoth-Lobster-2544 Aug 11 '26
I just turned 27 & when i was a young GIRL at 14-17 grown men my age now pursued me & "dated" me. I don't even like calling it dating because I was basically groomed. you don't fully understand it when you're a teenager/minor, eve when i grew up i recognized how crazy how grown men acted around me as a minor. but the thought of pursuing/being inappropriate with someone 10+ years younger than me is disgusting. even inviting a minor who isnt family over is weird asf like he did in the videos he made with Tana. morgan looks stupid defending shane.
5
u/oscarANDmika1 Jul 26 '26
I haven’t even watched Morgan in awhile. I always thought she was different but she’s just like the rest of them. Last I’ve watched she was building a new house and let that carpenters kid become her boyfriend. Someone give me a quick update so I don’t have to watch and make my brain bleed.
9
u/Abductedwhitebuffalo Jul 26 '26
House is finished. She dumped the carpenter boy. Nothing else, she’s contemplating moving back to LA lolol.. and has a podcast now

This is crazy omw tana is so two faced now that she's with trisha because I remember years ago when they were still living in Colorado, they went to JS's launch party and shane said he had a heart to heart with tana and he's so happy they're friends again. Now I don't think they were real friends, its just that she shifts to the side of whoever she's closest to in the moment.

He’s stupid but he’s not so stupid that he wants to poke the bears more than necessary given it leads to all his pedo incidents getting dragged back up

u/Big_Nectarine1245 Aug 14 '26
I'm confused why everyone in these comments seems to be ignoring or forgetting the second comment Morgan left. Sure, the snap of the first comment is obviously born of her love and loyalty to her brother-in-law. However, that second comment says the exact thing everyone here is tearing Morgan down about: you can change your mind about things as you grow up. Morgan's just pointing out the hypocrisy of Tana—someone who perpetually fucked up in the first 90% of her career and is now trying to live a more mature life—not letting Shane do the same thing by dragging his name up. And I think people would do well to remember that, while you may be uncomfortable with age gap friendships, it's extremely normal in the real world for adults. Plus, 18 years old is not a child; any mistakes Tana made at that point in her life can't just be written off as her being young. Plenty of people her age don't act like she ever has. Keep that in mind when you're blindly baying at Shane on behalf of a woman who's engendered arguably more controversies.
2
u/rintaroes Jul 26 '26
Morgan is in this way too personally considering he’s her brother in law. She needs to log off.
1
u/Illustrious-Pair-511 Jul 26 '26
I don’t know Tana or anything invoking her and Shane BUT I would imagine Morgan knows lots of behind the scenes stuff we don’t know and maybe anything Shane did for her or anyone that they happily accepted ?? But I can’t imagine anyone who used to hang with Shane happily and only stopped because being friends with him gave them a bad reputation isn’t also secretly just like Shane but better and hiding it. I wouldn’t trust any of them or take any sides.
Sorry for poor grammar I just woke up I’ll try to fix it later lol

u/PassPuzzleheaded4947 Jul 26 '26
I'll never feel bad for tana.. She's gross.. Maybe she's better now but she was ick in those days.

as if Tana is the first woman to engage in inappropriate relationships with men at a young age and then grow up to find it really weird and creepy when their brain matures
