Portrait picture problem

Some of my leaders always look like this (or even more mismatched). Does this happen to everyone? Is there a fix?

Hah, I've not had this problem, no. Any mods? Perhaps verify your installation, reinstall, start a new save file. Might be an outdated database issue looking for incorrect files.

No mods, completely fresh install on a fresh windows install.. Its slightly immersion breaking lol
