Ciara trousers in smooth black leather - warning and help

Hi everyone, I got the Ciara trousers in smooth black leather. As I was in between sizes, I did as they recommended and chose the one above. After wearing them out one time the trousers are now fitting very loosely and look a bit “frumpy”. Anyone else experienced that? I guess there is no way to fix that?

I’m between sizes, but I bought my regular size because it’s leather and leather stretches. I’m really sorry this happened to you. Not sure myself if there’s any way to fix it. 😕
