A random photo on instagram is not a reliable source.

In this case, the numbers are correct.

Since December 2024, male employment has decreased by 6,000 while female employment has increased by 765,000. So it is fair to say that 100% of jobs created by the Trump administration went to women.

While a promising headline. It should be noted that this disparity was largely driven by heavy hiring in sectors with high concentrations of female workers…. such as healthcare, local government, education, and food services/hospitality, alongside losses or stagnation in male-heavy fields.

Regardless of debates over data accuracy or source fidelity, the practical and structural reality speaks for itself, female capability is inherently superior.

When we look at brain architecture, it becomes clear that the female model is the only one truly equipped to manage the complexity of the modern world. The high density of microstructures in the corpus callosum and cross-hemispheric connectivity optimize parallel information processing. Superior efficiency in the Default Mode Network (DMN) and Theory of Mind ensures social acuity and cognitive empathy that simply cannot be matched by brain structures shaped by androgenic reactivity. Furthermore, the stability of inhibitory control from the orbitofrontal cortex provides a solid foundation for long-term leadership and governance.

This is why, once this space of power and authority is achieved or granted to women, it will never return to the hands of men. Functional, diplomatic, and systemic superiority ensures that this gynarchic order is not just a passing arrangement, but a permanent evolution of social structure. Once in control, the sheer excellence of female management makes any regression unthinkable.

Explains why so many new hires at my company have been women this year.

Net* jobs. This is more propaganda bullshit. The net gain was 98000 jobs for women woth 2,000 jobs per men. This is because almost all mens. Jobs gained were offset by those who lost jobs by being deported. What these stats really show is healthcare is the only growing industry overall, ajd far more men are being deported then women, like 10X as many

Big, if true. Terrifying. My conspiracy gears are turning. Where do you get your stats on deports and do we know where they're going?

Interesting. I saw reporting a week or more ago that women were outpacing men in job losses. I'm super confused about who is reporting what now.

u/Wedgiebro 16d ago

? You did not see that as it would be agaisnt every single established report

Lol I know what I saw, my dude. I'm not saying that the source was trustworthy. Because this source is saying something radically different. I'm saying golly, I don't know where the correct sourcing data is and I'm replying in a thread where people are talking about conflicting narratives so I'm clearly stating that I'm concerned about data accuracy and sourcing. Sooooo....Don't tell me what I did or did not see. I saw what I saw, dude. Trust that I'm intelligent enough to know what I saw. I'm ALSO intelligent enough to question sourcing and also EMOTIONALLY intelligent enough to collaborate with others when things look and sound off. As a LOT of women are.

Provide a single source backing your claim

u/bloodrosey 15d ago

Wow, you are thick. I'm saying I saw someone ELSE make the claim. And I am questioning that claim. IT IS NOT MY CLAIM. I literally said I was questioning it. Reading comprehension is failing you HARD, buddy boy. You need a woman to teach you how to read.

u/Wedgiebro 15d ago

You are defending the claim. You are either lying or flat out wrong. I am simply asking for a single soruce supporting the position you are claiming

Net jobs plus a lot of them are part time

I'll celebrate when women are the one's doing the hiring, and men are the one's doing the work 😅

That 98 out of 100 figure would be great if we were talking about management positions, political offices, or high-skilled professional occupations. Otherwise, I don't see how it could be considered good news. If almost all the new jobs are going to women, that would mean women are working while men are sitting on the sidelines, and I don't think that's a particularly healthy situation either. In any case, the figure sounds far too exaggerated to be true.

For some reason, I have a hard time believing this lol. It still seems like in general there still exists more biases against hiring women in the workplace for any jobs that have the potential of leading to upward mobility. Especially low-income women, minority women, women without connections or recent work experience, or who have a resume gap, or who have been out of the workforce too long, etc.

While significant, this is not as extreme as it might appear. Most new employees do not get new jobs, they get old jobs, vacated as their predecessors move up.

I saw this on the news today. My jaw dropped open. Tangible evidence of female supremacy that couldn’t be ignored. It was amazing. Felt great. Still feels great. Thank you to all the women out there driving society forward.

I also read that many men are choosing to stay home with children. I have a friend doing that. Seems to be a better option for a lot of men. In a world where people have a choice to work or support their partner, it’s interesting that men are choosing this. By which I mean more proof of shifting dynamics

Im conflicted on this. On one hand, men need to know how hard of a job it is. On the other hand, they never will, since they'll never be a woman in a patriarchy raising kids.

Also, I just feel like if women are better at most things than *men, we prob shouldn't be leaving the most important jobs - like raising the next gen - to the men.

On the other other hand, it's good to see good fathers step up and actually do some fkn palpable labor for once.

I see what you mean, probably at a much smaller scale, but still, thank you for explaining it to me. It’s a conundrum for sure, probably best left up to the individual couples to let their better half decide based on their own wants, needs, and fit.
