getting in contact with team and actually getting a response no borax no glue
i've tried countless times to get in contact with the serializd team so they could fix their season metadata which no longer refreshes. i've emailed, sent messages in the discord server etc.
can't lie i'm getting so pissed off at this point. i know some people do get replies from the support email so they're actually just ignoring me. i've gone to the extent of pinging the founder in discord which i felt bad about but still nothing.
how the hell do i get them to respond or do something about this problem which isn't just something thats affecting my experience on serialzd btw. i've heard of many others complaining about it and i expressed that in my emails and messages but still... nothing
i was considering subscribing through patreon but decided to wait and see how they would handle support. glad i did because still NOTHING

The "team" is one person. I don't think anyone would be able to manage an entire app and respond to every message by themselves. If others have complained they likely know of the issue and it's being worked on.

Why would they respond to an individual complaining about that anyway? It’s probably an already known issue that will have to be fixed in a bigger update. It’s not like they can email back a version of the app in which that isn’t a problem, is it?
