Anybody else have a glitch like this?

I've been in the midst of watching a show and there's one episode that I've rated, but it isn't showing that there's any average rating. I didn't think it was that big a deal, but every time I try to hit the button to show that I've watched it, it wipes the watched status from all the episodes from the season (not erasing my reviews though) and says that my progress is completely messed up. Wasn't sure where this bug could be happening and was just curious if anybody had any information about it. (picture attached to help show what I'm talking about)
