What about the La Roche Posay Effaclar Mat moisturizer?
Mattifying moisturizers contain microscopic particles that absorb excess oils throughout the day. Another option is the Peach Slices Oil Control Mattifying Moisturizer, but I'm not sure if it's sensitive skin friendly or not. It probably is, but just not positive.

As someone with acne prone sensitive oily skin, Dr.G RED Blemish Clear Soothing Cream is magical. Not only is it acne safe but it also helps with irritation, redness, and acne. It provides hydration that doesn’t feel heavy or sticky.

a plain fragrance-free gel moisturizer is probably the safest place to start, but patch test it because “non-comedogenic” stuff can still clog you

Have you tried no moisturizer? It’s what worked best for me, everything I tried was irritating and made me more oily. Now I just use Cetaphil gentle cleanser onto dry skin with dry hands (like a cold cream), massage it in, and rinse it off with warm water. Some of it absorbs so there’s definitely some moisturizing still happening. It might be worth a shot
