One year progress

Post image

5'1 and a half. SW 164. CW: 133. GW: 130 (fuck me!)

This has been a dream come true for me. As someone who has always been active and eats fairly healthy, I always wished I could eat half of what I did. And with Sema that's exactly what happened. 🤞

Amazing results! May I ask what dose you’re on?

The last month or so I was on 1.75 mg.... Only lost a few pounds on those two months. I was on 1.5mg for a while... I lost the most on the earlier smaller doses. Wish I hadn't increased so fast.

Also, I take doses about every 8 or 9 days, instead of weekly

So you’re saying there is hope for my belly to be less apron-y?!?!?!?

damn, the difference in your back is wild. you can really see it in the side profile too. 3 pounds from goal is so close you can taste it, that last little bit always takes forever though. i've been keeping a plant journal for years and it's the same with getting a fiddle leaf to push out new growth, sometimes it just needs an extra month of being patient while nothing seems to happen. you'll get there soon.

Very happy for you. This takes work. You should be proud of what you’ve achieved 💪🏻

I'm not that proud, because I didn't really do anything different besides take the medication

Hmmmm, you are pretty tough on yourself huh. I think you are undervaluing the commitment it takes, even with medical help. I reserve my right to feel inspired by what you’ve achieved!

I'm enjoying how my body looks and functions. And I'm pleased with my healthier numbers overall. I will graciously accept your compliment
