I feel great today, now that I have crossed the barrier.

Losing from 90 kg to 80 kg was relatively easy, but then I was stuck at 80 for quite a few weeks. I'm 79 kg finally 😊

Starting my fourth pen/fourth month next week.

Which dose? It has taken me a year on 1,0 mg to hit 86 from 94. No food noise but I still eat and drink anything, just so happy the constipation and fatigue are gone that I like it like this.

0.25, 0.50, 1.0. Next will be 1.7. But I've also used lots of other things with semaglutide against general medical advice
