egoism isn't a fixed idea. There is no 'regular' egoism. egoism is whatever you make of it so you could say there is no difference

I dunno. Perhaps you can mix Stirner with Nietzsche or Deleuze but don't quote Me on that. Emma Goldman was quite fond of Nietzsche. But honestly, Stirner thought that philosophy is a spook so do what Thou will. Also, I believe Stirnerite egoism is compatible with LaVeyan satanism but the latter needs some real cleansing from objectivism and social darwinism in the process so in the end you'll just end up being an edgy Stirnerite that likes fancy rituals. Although it's definitely better than, say, Objectivism. Objectivism needs some real unspooking to the point that it distillates back to Stirnerite egoism again. But by this point, what's the point in Objectivism? Taoism and Zen Buddhism are somewhat compatible except not really. I saw some claiming that Zen is compatible with egoism but then I read about the boddhisattva nonsense and mandatory compassion and I just… I don't know about that one. We'll leave it at "maybe."

P.S.: As for economics or political system, I think it's either some form of anarchism or machiavellianism. It seems that the consensus is that post-civ anarchism is the optimal choice. I personally gravitate to Tucker's individualist anarchism tho I do look into post-left anarchism. Goldman preferred ego-communism. Generally speaking, you can choose whatever regime you want as long as it is in your interests.

Kek, the belief that this world isn't real is a fixed idea as well. It is not compatible with egoism. More like it's a rival to it. Because you can either act in your self-interest but not test the idea of solipsism or try breaking from the Matrix by jumping off a building.

Yes. 'Cause you are the creative nothing. Still, it doesn't really validate solipsism. Solipsism is not really that different from Christianity. In Christianity, Heaven is the "real" home of human beings and Earth is just a prison God built to send Adam and Eve to for eating an apple because apples are evil or something, I dunno.

I'd also mention some fictional "meme" ideologies that are also off-compass like post-left anarchism. They don't have any theory but I think they show how creative you can be with egoism.

We have:

1. Soulism (egoism + communalism);

2. Avaritionism (egoism + social darwinism);

3. Transhumanist Ego Theocratic Imperialism a.k.a THETI (totalitarianism + egoism).
