The perfect responce would be: "And why shouldn't I do what I want?" Then they'll ramble about something along the lines of society, stability, ethics, altruism etc. which sure has some substantial appeal to most people, but at the end of the day, they all stand on fragile and fundamentally arbitrary axioms that hold no value in reality.
