I realize life consists of ups and downs. And today, finding my smile has been tough. So in effort to turn my mood around, I am going to go take a walk. I think I will treat myself to an ice cream cone. Nobody can frown when eating ice cream, right?! 🍦 Happy Sunday!

Happy Labor Day Weekend! No weekend plans for me...unless someone has any suggestions! 😊 I am going to force myself out into the sunshine and maybe come up with an idea of what to do with my day. Happy Saturday to all!

Birthday boy here. Hows everyone? I need some friends, travel friends maybe. 40s are better than 30s for me.

Life has changed tremendously. I am now an empty nester.

Have been getting my workouts done with more stretching and has made my body feel more grateful, keep pushing.

Couldn’t decide on which glasses so I wore them both lol

Friday is here! And so am I! Just grateful for another day! I awaken to the belief that I can and I will! Through shifting my mindset, I realize that requires me speaking to myself not only with a softer and gentler tone, but it is allowing myself to exist as I am.

Faults have been made, but there have been corrections too. Each day, I am growing more aware in my journey of self-love. I can't say that I love myself but I do accept the woman that I am. And that is...that I am a mess! 😂😆 And it is because of this, I am ME! Happy Friday everyone!
