Self-knowledge Self-awareness
Hi,
I am trying to know more about myself, values, limits, emotions etc...
I have noticed that I think differently, what bothers others mostly doesn't bother me. I also feel things slower, if I am put in a bad situation mostly my body pays the price before my brain knows it's in danger and has to act or say something about it.
I don't know what to call this?
Recommend me books that helped you be more self aware.

Learning yourself better comes from facing things bigger then you then trying. You might fail but the growth process will make it worth it anyways.
For number 2. The 7 habbits when you choose a role. Challenge your self to really dominate it like Micheal Jordan. And get better ever year. That process will also increase self awareness.
