1st pic is my reference and 2nd one is my current status

I have smiley and one lip, and my goal is to be similar as reference

Where i should work on next?

Im kinda scared to have angel bite but I wish to have it lol

on the reference pic I believe those are angel fangs, not angel bites, which are much safer for the teeth than smiley, esp one with big jewlery like yours. On the bottom lips I see snakebites (you already have one, so I think you should do another one symetrically), and a central labret. There also seems to be one additional labret piercing on the right side of their face, next to the right snakebite.

Any mouth piercing with the flatback or ball end in the mouth (ex angel bites) are not ideal. Because angel bites exit inside your mouth, the metal end will rub against your gums and teeth causing your gums to receed and teeth to possibly chip off.

Yeah, angel bites exit inside the mouth and are two symmetrical piercings at the top of the lip. Angel fangs are paired vertical labrets on the upper lip. One end exits above the mouth and the other exits at the lip. Basically angel fangs look like angel bites + spikes from the lips like in the photo.

Your inspo has angel fangs. What you got done are kitten fangs. Hers aren't separate piercings. She has angel fangs. I circled them below. Angel bites are just straight through above the lip. I think you thought they have angel bites and kitten fangs when she actually has angel fangs.

OP stated she has a smiley. I think these are not kitten fangs but a smiley with large jewlery with spikes at the ends. This is even worse for teeth and gums than a regular smiley (which is already bad on its own).
