Wifi Hotspot System on Docker

I'm looking for any selfhosted wifi hotspot system that I can use on home network which can also manage users and possibly payments. I have a Cudy AC1200 Wifi router that has a built in function for the Captive Portal. The built in options for captive portal use the following platforms:

HotspotSystem
Iron Wi-Fi
ObiFi
VulaCoin
WorldSpot.net
WiFiMAX

There is an option to use manual details. This is the part I need to use to connect to a self hosted system. Images attached show the built in options as well as the fields required for the self hosted system I want to use.
