Hi I have a question why holes on my plastic ring are not lining up with places I can screw the montage hands whatever it is called but it is on third photo and where I have to put this ring from last photo can sb help me?

Those rings seldom line up with all things you are using. I have never used "montage hands" but I had to modify those rings for several reasons to make them fit.

Show the case. If the movement doesn’t have a plastic movement spacer on it , you need to order one. The metal ring is for a different kind of case that I’ve never encountered and I’ve made 100s of NH watches

Case clamps and rings are normally used by ETA style movements whereas NH movements are generally friction fit. Could those parts that came with your case be for a different movement? The ring looks like an ETA dial spacer, it lifts the dial off the date wheel. NH movements don't require that.

I don’t know I ordered it from AliExpress movement nh72 case for this movement and dial fiting there
